Certain counselling styles suit some people more than others, so I draw from a range of approaches to provide the right support for you. Over many years I have experienced working with clients who have suffered physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse (current or in their past), losses of loved ones or employment, phobias, illnesses, disability, feelings of being lost or confused, difficulties at work, socially, or with partners. There are times in our lives when we may experience a single distressing event which seems to submerge us in unhappiness, or times that we feel there is an on-going pattern of events with which we have difficulties dealing.
